Assembler Lead Responsibilities: »Train and direct employees assembling products to ensure items are produced correctly.
»Step in and assist with work as needed.
»Complete documentation and reporting regarding employees and the work being completed.
»Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary materials and tools.
»Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.
»Ensure that all products meet quality standards.
»Report any quality issues to management.
»Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
