Assembler Lead We are currently seeking an practiced Assembler Lead to join our team in Danbury, CT. The Assembler Lead will be responsible for training and directing employees to assemble products to ensure that they are produced correctly. this job offer will also require the individual to step in and assist with work as needed and complete documentation and reporting regarding employees and the work being completed.

Assembler Lead Qualifications required »Must be able to lift 30lbs.

»Previous lead or managerial practice is required.

»High school diploma or equivalent.

Assembler Lead Responsibilities: »Train and direct employees assembling products to ensure items are produced correctly.

»Step in and assist with work as needed.

»Complete documentation and reporting regarding employees and the work being completed.

»Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary materials and tools.

»Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.

»Ensure that all products meet quality standards.

»Report any quality issues to management.

»Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm
