Junior Attorney (0-2 Years) - Insurance Defense

Direct Counsel, LLC is actively seeking a motivated Junior Attorney with 0-2 years of experience specializing in Insurance Defense. Law students newly admitted encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Attend depositions, hearings, and court appearances as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Review and analyze claims, providing insights and recommendations for defense. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar is preferred; candidates awaiting bar results will also be considered. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
