We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Owner with experience in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of dealership service processes.

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities:
Document user stories and requirements for the program.Monitor feedback, coordinate resolutions, and develop/execute test cases as part of UAT.Adapt to change, demonstrating agility in evolving priorities.Create presentations, product documentation, and act as an information expert for assigned products. Develop and maintain a clear vision for product features, communicating it to all stakeholders.Optimize and drive industry-leading business processes.Create reporting to identify trends and potential system improvements.Introduce leading-edge features, quantify ROI, and build business cases for budget considerations.Assess value, prioritize user stories, epics, and themes, ensuring maximum alignment with program strategy. Make scope decisions that maximize ROI and positively impact the brand.Work cross-functionally to resolve system issues and feedback.Define acceptance criteria for program features, ensuring clear goals.Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical team members.Manage requirements dependencies, understanding end-to-end processes.Strong cross-functional communication skills and superb presentation abilities.Proficiency in organizing data for executive-level presentations.Detail-oriented with a quality-driven approach.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project execution skills.Proficient in adaptive planning and able to respond flexibly to change.Skilled in business intelligence, analytics, and advanced use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Required: Proven experience with Agile methodologies.Hands-on experience in authoring and refining user stories, product backlog grooming, and prioritizing requirements.Strong knowledge of dealership service processes. Desired: German language proficiency.Experience in German automotive service information.UX design experience. Qualifications:
