Labor & Employment Associate

Our client is on the lookout for a Labor & Employment associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in various employment matters such as workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Litigation proficiency is key, encompassing drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling motions. Additional valuable skills include experience in both taking and defending depositions, as well as conducting administrative hearings.

The role extends to drafting workplace policies, delivering employee training sessions, and offering ongoing advice to employers. Detail orientation is crucial, along with a strong work ethic, exceptional writing, communication, and research abilities.
Salary: 130k to 165kLocation: Detroit, MI
