Labor & Employment Associate

Our client is seeking an associate with 1-2 years of employment experience to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group in their Johnson City office. Ideal applicants will have experience in preparing position statements in response to charges before the EEOC, drafting policies and handbooks, conducting policy trainings, handling internal investigations, and engaging in discovery and motions practice in state and federal court.

We encourage academically distinguished applicants who have the ability to work independently, with excellent writing and analytical skills, to apply. We seek a hardworking individual with good judgment and attention to detail.
