Position Overview: The Analytical Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. They will lead a team of scientists and technicians to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), improve laboratory workflows, and perform analytical tests on raw materials, finished products, and stability samples. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and review SOPs that are compliant with current GMP or GLP standards Manage and coordinate daily laboratory operations and staff activities Perform analytical tests, such as LCMS, HPLC, Assay, Related Substances, Dissolution, Uniformity of Dosage Units, Residual Solvents, Loss-on-Drying, Microbial testing, Cleaning Verification and Validation, Container/Closure Testing and Selection, and Stability-Indicating Studies Oversee the Installation Qualification, Operational and Performance Qualification, and Cleaning Verification processes Manage the laboratory budget and purchase of scientific supplies Train and assess laboratory personnel for competency Ensure compliance with QA/QC regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field At least 5 years of experience in a cGMP or cGLP laboratory Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and laboratory software Benefits Highly competitive compensation package (200k+) Great company culture and working environment Rapidly growing company within Healthcare Technology PTO Medical, dental, vision coverage 401(k) Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
