Toll Brothers , America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Land Acquisition Intern for our division ofice located in Pleasanton, California.
In this role, the Land Acquisition Intern will assist with day-to-day responsibilities and investigate and assess land purchasing opportunities in Colorado.
Other responsibilities may include:
Performing land use and financial analysesParticipating in due diligenceCollecting proforma input data (house costs, land development costs, permit costs, etc.
)Assist in collecting new home sale and re-sale data to determine revenue projections for future projectsLand opportunity mapping, and ranking, and competitive market analysisAssist with title review and exceptions for properties under contractThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!
Qualifications We seek students currently enrolled in their Junior or Senior year majoring in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate development or a related field, and are interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has solid analytical skills, and an understanding of complex financial analysis.
The salary for this position is $18.00-$22.00 per hour.
