What you'll get to do:

Monitor and triage community feedback to determine requests that need to be forwarded to other workgroups, escalated to relevant staff, or saved to a report.

Provide project support for the Park Maintenance Review Project by overseeing the logistics of on-site park maintenance reviews, including scheduling, training, and day-of execution, as well as develop templates and enter data to complete reports.

Provide project support for the Portable Toilet Project, including entering data into a mapping tool to document accessible, safe, and serviceable placement locations for portables.
