What You'll Do As our Assistant Landscape Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-tier landscaping installations. You'll assist in managing high-profile projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supervising and coordinating landscape installation teams on-siteEnsuring all projects are completed on time and meet company standardsCollaborating with the Landscape Manager to execute project plans and meet client expectationsManaging site logistics, scheduling, and crew assignmentsMonitoring safety practices and complianceTraining and mentoring crew members to develop their skillsTroubleshooting project issues and providing effective solutions Why Granite Hills Group? What We're Looking For Experience: 2+ years in landscape installation or a related role. Prior management experience is a plus!Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge: Expertise in landscape installation techniques, equipment, and safety standards.Mindset: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a passion for delivering exceptional results.Certifications: Pesticide license or willingness to obtain. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!
