A P&G Language Tutor/Interpreter will be responsible for:
Teach students about grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural aspects of the target language.
Help students develop their language skills through interactive lessons, exercises, and practice activities.
Translate spoken or written language from one language to another, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the intended meaning.
Provide interpreting services in a variety of settings, such as meetings, conferences, appointments, or public events.
Adapt teaching methods and interpreting techniques to meet the needs and proficiency levels of learners or situations.
Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment to motivate language learners and build their confidence.
Stay updated with language developments, trends, and teaching/interpreting best practices.
Collaborate with other language professionals, such as teachers, interpreters, or language program coordinators.
Assess language proficiency and provide feedback to learners to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Nice to haves:
Proficiency in at least two languages, including strong command of the target language(s) and native language
Strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural aspects of both languages.
Ability to teach and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Knowledge of the culture and customs of the countries where the languages are spoken to provide cultural context.
Familiarity with translation software, language learning tools, or digital resources to enhance teaching and interpreting effectiveness.
