Responsible for interacting with patients in a professional manner by gathering pertinent information relating to the patient's inquires and questions regarding to Lasik surgery. Serve as a customer service advocate with the desire to achieve Clinic's objectives as stated in the company's mission statement. Position requires individual to interact internally with other staff members, doctors and the general public in problem solving and responding to inquiries and questions related to hospital scheduling. Provides patient care services that include an assessment and diagnosis of the patient. Provides competent, safe and compassionate care based on established Clinic's standards. Assist in formulating an initial plan of care with the provider (physicians or practitioner) and collaborate to implement a comprehensive patient plan of care to achieve expected outcomes. Assumes the responsibility and accountability for the safety and administration of quality care to each patient in order to meet the physical, psychological, and psychosocial needs.
