Job Title: Launch Servicing Customer Service Representative
Location: Newark, DE
Pay Rate: $15 per hour, plus up to $300.00 per month in bonus opportunity
Schedule: Between 9am – 6pm; Monday through Friday
SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative role's major area of responsibility is answering inbound calls. Inbound calls primarily consist of borrowers inquiring about the servicing of their consumer loan account. The Customer Service Representative will have a high attention to detail to follow various sets of rules and regulations regarding consumer loans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform responsibilities following standard operating procedures to meet or exceed documented service level goals.
Have a high degree of awareness and understanding of information security.
Answer inbound calls and reach first touch resolution on borrower questions or issues.
Record customer interactions, open/close activities in the system of record.
Follow and understand all compliance and operational guidelines to ensure major areas of responsibilities are completed to compliance guidelines and standards.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years call center customer service position; consumer finance experience is a plus
Regular and reliable attendance
Workflow management experience
Ability to follow documented Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Ability to prioritize, be organized, and manage time effectively to meet service level goals
