Position Summary:
Ideal candidate will possess a "can do" attitude with strong work ethic and must be adept to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. The candidate is responsible for the overall experience of our customers and must provide accurate and timely completion of required paperwork. The role involves comparing and evaluating possible customer service solutions and recommending a customized service plan that best meets their needs.
