\n Responsibilities/QualificationsExperience leading and managing Audio Visual teams composed of technicians, engineers and programmers.Direct hands-on experience with a combination of vendors to include Tandberg, AMX, Crestron, Cisco and Extron.AV design and programming experience required.Deployment of VoIP and VTC/VTC at future off site locationsUnderstand AV design, requirements, and functions.Provide expert level technical input in the area of AV system administrationExperienced with Call Manager 12.5 or higher, expert level proficiency in utilizing Bulk Administration Templates and Tools.Coordinate with source data custodians to understand the data required to meet a specific requirementExpert level proficiency in MS Excel and other data manipulation tools required to logically sort, reference, analyze, and correlate data from multiple non-standard data sources Develop and execute detailed SOP's and documentation in areas of AV EngineeringPerform integration proof of concept testing as required Provide weekly status reports to manager and/or stakeholders as requiredStrong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills Education and Experience RequirementsBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. 8+ years of related systems engineering experience within the areas of Audio Visual systems engineering Clearance Requirements:Active TS/SCI
