Role:
Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst (Product Planning) to help transform our federal client's organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and product development teams. Their primary focus is on understanding market requirements, defining product strategies, and ensuring that the product aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Performs business process analysis and system analysis associated with taxpayer products to move to digital services. Facilitates prioritization sessions and executive briefings. Prepares executive materials for briefings. Performs process improvements and implementation. Organizes, directs, and manages multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks. Effectively communicates at senior executive levels within a customer organization. Communicates with leadership of other contractors. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field. 7 years of roadmap and solutions planning experience. Experience in implementing Taxpayer Experience Platforms. Experience in business process analysis and system analysis associated with taxpayer products to move to digital services. Strong skills in planning, scheduling and engagement with stakeholders, and project management. Experience in meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute in accordance with approved plans. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, management tools, and CLM (Collaborative Lifecycle Management). Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and other software development methodologies. Knowledge and experience in Lean Business Case development. Clearance:
