Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Infrastructure Projects
Responsibilities
• Lead 24x7 support team Onsite/Offshore across US/India , responsible for supporting IT Infractracture Projects.
• Driving, overseeing and monitoring projects on design and implementation to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and develop unique business and growth strategies.
• Overseeing, Delegating and managing team of professionals whose primary role is to perform the day to day activities associated with Windows/Linux/Storage & DP/VMware/AWS and support functions.
• Responsible for managing service deliveries from onshore and coordinating activities with the offshore team. 
• Guide and instruct team executives and provide them with critical strategic advice and direction in regard to implementation of IT Infra projects and support.
• Involve in capacity Planning of databases and responsible for leading the knowledge transfer for the current team. 
• Planning and managing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks and managing releases and cutovers across all supported business. 
• Involve in periodic tasks review and team meetings to ensure the adherence to tasks SLA's and identifying lean ideas by brain storming session within the team and later driving those initiatives to closure. 
• Preparing and presenting Dashboard to clients on weekly and monthly basis. 
• Manage customer relationships, oversee activities of offshore teams, direct project planning and scheduling, and manage the training of new employees for DBA projects under my management. 
• Plan and coordinate execution of several Releases/Cutovers, includes Infra upgrades, patching, code migrations etc.) .
• Creating the project plan and scheduling the activities
• Escalation point of contact for On Call Infra during weekends
• Facilitate/Lead/drive proposed solutions for incidents impacting business Critical Databases.
• Flexible approach towards work to meet changing priorities based on business need.
• Excellent written/verbal communication in English with strong facilitation/interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated significant managerial acumen and cross group collaboration to deliver concrete results.
 Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong domain knowledge and technical orientation. 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• RDBMS: Very good understanding of Windows/Linux/Storage & DP/VMware/AWS to understand the business requirements.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $55000 to $68500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
