This role offers $40 per hour and includes excellent benefits from day one. If you're skilled in fleet maintenance and management with a CDL B and airbrake endorsement, we'd love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance and record tasks.Support Route Sales Representatives with pre- and post-trip inspections.Track and bill parts in electronic systems; manage fleet records in Trimble TMT.Order, receive, and stock parts as needed for the Fleet Shop.Oversee Fleet Technicians and ensure performance targets are met.Coordinate external vendors, schedule repairs, and assign technician tasks.Maintain DOT and Safety, Health, and Environmental compliance.Manage costs and complete end-of-month reporting as needed.Skills & RequirementsExperience: 7+ years in vehicle maintenance; 2+ years CDL B driving experience.Licenses: CDL B with airbrakes endorsement; ASE Certification (required or willing to obtain).Education: High school diploma or GED; vocational/trade certification preferred.Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 60 lbs and handle physical tasks (bending, stretching, etc.).Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic diagnostic tools, and maintenance databases.Other: Must have professional tools; strong customer service and communication skills.BenefitsComprehensive benefits on day one: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with matchPaid vacation, company discounts, and more!To Apply: Apply Now or call Aidan at 866-808-1189 ext.650
