As part of Global Digital Marketing, the Global Social Media team is shaping the strategic vision and implementation across all organic social media platforms. As social media becomes increasingly complex, Nike Global Social Media is responsible for understanding the landscape, standing out and deepening the connection of our brand with consumers. 
Who we are looking for
Nike Global Social Media is responsible for the co-creation, planning, programming, creative standards and publishing of all global-level channels. The Creator and commerce programs team is a newly formed effort to unify Nike's engagement with influential voices on social media through one lens. It's bringing together the art + science of Creators to write the next chapter of Nike in a way that is aligned to brand and business goals. 
The Lead, Creator Content Programs is responsible for co-creating seasonal activations for how creator and UGC content comes to life in the social ecosystem and then scaling the standards within Nike's digital brand, allowing us to inspire every athlete* to do, watch, and connect with sport.
The ideal candidate will need:

:: Strong Relationship Management. A cross functional collaborator with positive influence who motivates colleagues and is a natural problem solver. Ability to collaborate with all key partners across multiple departments within including Brand, Creative and Comms, but also build relationships with Creator technology and agency partners.
:: Creative Stewardship. A high standard of creative taste – understanding the Nike brand standards with a good knowledge of Sport and how it connects with our audiences on social platforms
:: Social media excellence. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their content requirements and unique functionality (how to make for each platform, not just copy/paste across all channels).
:: Cultural Leader. Help foster a strong team identity, built on collaboration, a shared vision of success and a strong work ethic.

You obsess the latest trends in creators, the role athletes play in this emerging channel, and are able to overlay consumer need to create industry leading solutions.
What you will work on
If this is you, you will be working with Brand Creative, Brand and Digital Brand teams to shape creator content experiences on creator and Nike channels within social media. You are responsible for collaborating across teams to identify creators, brief them, and distribute content on Nike and creator channels.
A typical day/week looks like 
Partner cross-functionally and with Geo's to communicate creator priorities.  Partner with NDDC and Lifecycle marketing to identify new pathways and operations for scaling creator content off social. Partner with IM and Geos to scale seasonal creator programs worldwide and drive consistency with the consumer. Collaborate to write UGC and seeding briefs to support seasonal priorities. Partner with insights and IM team to set UGC testing agenda in media environment. Meet with agency partners to implement creator content programs in partnership with social construct teams. Support athlete and sport moments where appropriate. Meet with Consumer Services, NDDC, and platform teams to identify green field opportunities for UGC and Creator at Nike. Who you will work with
In this role, you will sit in the Global Social Team, reporting to the Director of Creator Programs. The creator team within digital brand works to build high-concept programs that drive brand growth and scale evergreen storytelling through social content creation. You will across with each construct's Creator Manager and the creative team to develop best-in-class creator, athlete, and UGC activations. You will also work with the Nike Digital Commerce team to elevate creator/UGC content on Nike owned channels (DotCom, App, Email, etc).
What you bring
5+ years of experience working on an influencer or social team; at a brand or at a social agency, ideally across paid, owned, shared and earned content Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Proven experience working on end-to-end influencer or athlete marketing activations in the branded content space, building frameworks, and mental models for what good looks like. Proven experience working with creative teams on digital and social platforms (examples of projects encouraged) Interest in sport x youth x culture Comfortable in managing ever-changing platform landscape while providing clear POV's and willingness to align / educate / compromise with stakeholders Experience working and managing teams within Project Management Tools(AirTable, Asana, etc), UGC Platforms (BazaarVoice, Pixlee, DashHudson, etc.), Creator Management Platforms (Captiv8, CreatorIQ, Klear, etc).
