Responsible for overseeing daily activitieswithin assigned department to maintain patient flow, ensures maximum staffproductivity, and assures that service provided is of the highest clinicalquality. Will serve as content expert for staff and Administration byresolvinganswering technical issues or concerns which may arise Oversees training and competency of all new hires and provides feedback for 90day probationary evaluations along with annual staff evaluations. Developscompetencies for staff members and ensures that all staff members arecompetent in all aspects of role responsibilities. The lead is responsible forall QA and QC measures for regulatory compliance. Works directly with Biomedandor vendor customer support to assure all equipment is optimal workingcondition. **Experience Required** 3-5 years experience preferred **Education Requirements** Graduate of an AMA approved Radiology Technologist Program. NJ DEP licenserequired upon hire. H.S. Diploma, Certificate of CompletionDegree from an accredited Radiographyprogram or vascular Program, Associated Degree preferred **LicenseCertification Requirements** ARRT NJDEP BLS from AMA **Special Requirements** Communication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers Operate fluoro unit along with all supporting equipment needed to performinterventional procedures
