The Lead Physical Therapist will work at an industry-leading occupational medicine organization with more than 60 clinics across the nation. This technologically advanced organization provides customizable treatment plans with optimal patient outcomes. This organization offers a wide array of services including treatment of minor emergencies, injury care, pre-employment services, physical therapy, and occupational health services. The Lead Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following: Providing hands-on physical therapy services to patients with occupational injuries or conditions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and treatments Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals Leading a team of physical therapists and support staff, providing guidance, and mentorship, and ensuring high-quality care Participating in performance improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and promoting continuous quality enhancement The Lead Physical Therapist is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Physical Therapists, and staff.
