Product Management Responsibilities: Manage the product life cycle, including design, development, and management activities driving revenue and profitability for Local Legacy Voice (POTS), ISDN, or Legacy Data/Private Line products for business customers.Define and plan product initiatives through production, release, and end-of-life (lifecycle management).Responsible for the business case and P&L for assigned products.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate the need to retain features, adjust prices, and incorporate sales/customer documentation and technical requirements into final initiative design.Analyze customer needs and identify priorities for product or service changes or enhancements.Conduct research and analysis on defined markets, including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, product functionality, and existing customer segments.Prepare and present requirements, plans, and business cases for modified products and services.Partner with business, technology, and UX teams to design or modify products to meet market, budget, and schedule specifications.Create product roadmaps, service guides, product documentation, results reports/analysis, and project plans.Manage budgets, acquire estimates, and requests for funding through the capital process.Serve as the central resource with design, process, test, quality, sales support, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.Manage ongoing lifecycle product performance.Define and drive initiatives to grow revenue and margin, collaborating with various teams to develop pricing strategies.Work with third-party technology partners in support of new product development and negotiate with vendors to improve product cost structure and support.Experience: 6+ years in product management or a related field.Education: Bachelor's degree required.Supervisory: No.Salary Range: $143,800 - $215,800. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
