ServiceNow Architect - Job Summary: Orange, CT - Local only, relocation will not work The position is for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with **10+ years** of experience, including **3+ years in on-premise implementation and support** for large clients. This role emphasizes strong expertise in **ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro)**, and **Integration Hub** for comprehensive design and implementation. ### **Key Responsibilities:** - **Platform Management:** Perform **fine-tuning, upgrades**, and customizations on the on-prem ServiceNow platform. Maintain integrations and manage platform maintenance. - **Requirement Translation:** Gather and analyze complex input from stakeholders, translate into functional requirements, and map to ServiceNow capabilities. - **Workflow Design:** Develop and implement ServiceNow **workflows, processes, tables,** and **flow diagrams**, working closely with product teams. - **Solution Development:** Design and validate technical solutions, customize ServiceNow patterns, and ensure efficient, functional platform operations. - **Technical Expertise & Implementation:** Support new functionality and maintain a comprehensive ServiceNow architecture, documenting for internal use. - **Integration Management:** Guide and maintain third-party integrations, ensuring secure and efficient interfacing with external systems. - **Agile Development Participation:** Contribute to Agile workflows, facilitating timely and responsive development. ### **Main Skills Required:** - **ServiceNow Expertise:** Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), and Integration Hub. - **Architecture Design:** Strong experience with **both on-premise and cloud architecture**. - **Platform Customization:** Skills in platform tuning, custom integrations, and maintenance, specifically for on-prem ServiceNow instances. - **Technical Workflow & Process Design:** Experience with **low-code design**, tables, workflows, and technical standards. - **Solution Validation & Documentation:** Ability to create, validate, and document solutions, ensuring a cohesive view of ServiceNow architecture. - **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Proficient in translating business requirements into technical solutions. This role is ideal for a candidate with deep technical and architectural expertise in ServiceNow, particularly on-prem implementations, and strong collaborative skills to work closely with stakeholders and product teams.
