You will collaborate closely with business facing IT teams, Business partners ,  data scientists, the Data & Analytics organization, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable AI-powered applications. This role requires deep technical expertise across full-stack development and applied AI, as well as strong leadership abilities. Your Responsibilities on the Team  Provide technical leadership to the Full Stack & Applied AI Engineering team, overseeing the architecture, design, and development of AI-integrated applications.
Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics organization to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models, LLMs, and data insights into software solutions.
Architect full-stack solutions that integrate front-end interfaces and back-end services with AI models, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Guide the team in best practices for integrating AI models (including LLMs) into production systems, optimizing model performance, and ensuring system reliability.
Lead the design and development of both front-end (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java) systems.
 Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and product managers.
 Drive code quality by establishing best practices in software development, code reviews, and testing.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to deliver efficient, maintainable solutions.
Manage the technical roadmap and work closely with project managers to define timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and AI advancements, ensuring the team is equipped with the latest tools and techniques.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in full-stack development with significant hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Strong leadership experience, with 3+ years in a technical lead or similar role.
Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into software applications, including large language models (LLMs) such as GPT or BERT.
Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Extensive experience in front-end development (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end development (Node.js, Python, or Java).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced data platforms such as Palantir or similar.
Familiarity with big data processing tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
Previous experience working in industries like construction, manufacturing, or logistics.
Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale AI projects.

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data architecture best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
