Collaborate internally to achieve desired business outcomes. Own all aspects of part management as it relates to sourcing. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant purchasing and sourcing concepts. Lead fulfillment activities to support internal priorities.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead weekly fulfillment execution activities with broader team. Execute and own the fulfillment process from order creation to invoice. Manage orders and meet with internal teams weekly to review priorities and provide status updates on open orders. Leverage strategic internal relationships to effectively interface with engineering, operations, and other internal teams. Meet with vendors regularly to review metrics, address pending actions, and align open orders to meet fulfillment priorities. Monitor orders to ensure suppliers are shipping on-time and expedite as needed. Coordinate transportation mode with fulfillment and logistics teams. Support resolution of supplier quality issues for inbound receipts. Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time deliverables and proper communication. Manage part obsolescence, qualifications, and/or other related product changes as needed. Balance both tactical execution with strategic initiatives necessary to drive on-time execution and achieve cost out.
