Job Description

Cooper Auto Group is preparing for a strategic expansion and growth initiative as we approach 2025. We are seeking experienced automotive retail professionals to lead our efforts in the Tulsa market. If you are a General Manager, General Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or Finance Director with proven results, we encourage you to apply.

Implement and communicate corporate strategy to managers and sales/service teams. Make strategic decisions based on market conditions while overseeing sales teams, inventory, and business operations.
Recruit and retain high-performing talent. Develop and train teams to meet high performance standards. Contribute to training programs and lead a team of managers overseeing sales and service departments.
Set the standard for professionalism, productivity, and accountability within the organization.
Forecast and present business performance metrics to stakeholders and management.
Establish and monitor departmental targets and key performance indicators.
Empower employees to achieve maximum performance and drive results.

Qualifications

Extensive automotive dealership management experience with strong cognitive knowledge of sales/finance and service operations.
Possess proven leadership skills to train, develop, and retain top talent.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of automotive CRM systems.
Professional appearance, verbal and written communication skills, customer focused, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Expertise in developing relationships.
