In this role, you will have an opportunity to lead a dynamic team of manufacturing professionals and grow within an industry leading organization. The LEAN Manufacturing Coordinator will have the following responsibilities: Lead all LEAN manufacturing initiatives within the plant Provide coaching to plant staff in LEAN principles Implement and monitor plant KPI's Collaborate with plant department leaders as necessary Schedule plant production operations The LEAN Manufacturing Coordinator will have the following qualifications: 3-5 years' experience leading LEAN manufacturing initiatives at a manufacturing plant Bachelor's degree a plus Demonstrated leadership ability within a manufacturing environment Six Sigma and LEAN Manufacturing certifications a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills
