If you want to be part of shaping the future of mobility, then read on! We are looking for a Lean Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The goal of a Lean Manufacturing Technician at Wisk is to organize, prepare and lead the adoption of shop floor procedures required to maintain a safe and efficient production system. You will be part of the Manufacturing team that is responsible for producing the Gen 6 Wisk eVTOL aircraft.

Due to the nature of the work required for this position, this is an onsite opportunity. You will be required to work from our Mountain View office.

What you will do: Review current business procedures such as Tool Control, Training, 5S, employee skill management, and other production related processes with a keen eye for improvements. Develop necessary documentation with cross functional partners to institutionalize these processes across multiple shops. Communicate and educate processes to affected teams. Assist leadership and staff level employees with implementation, and necessary documentation associated with these processes on the shop floor. Conduct formal evaluations of processes after implementation. Document evaluation results, review data, and share data with management to identify areas of improvement or opportunity. Support and promote Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) concepts and principles. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience working in a manufacturing setting with responsibilities related to technical documentation writing and implementing process improvements. Six Sigma or equivalent problem solving methodology knowledge. Practical knowledge in applying Lean Manufacturing concepts. $35 - $41 an hour

Job Type: Full-time Pay Range the Company expects to pay: $35 - $41 per hour - The starting base pay within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.
