ResponsibilitiesDeliver Workshops: Facilitate engaging learning sessions, both face-to-face and online, tailored to various client needs.Content Creation: Contribute to the development of learning pathways, videos, and podcasts for the online platform.Engagement and Communication: Participate in client video and podcast productions, present training proposals, and deliver public speaking engagements as needed.Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to support individual growth and development.SkillsLeadership Development Passion: Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for leadership and personal development principles.Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.Communication Skills: Clear and charismatic communicator, both written and verbal.Learning Agility: Openness to learning and adapting to new challenges.ExperienceExperience in delivering engaging learning and development workshops.Knowledge of leadership development, management, and personal development topics.EducationQualifications in training design and development, such as CIPD accreditation is desirable.Facilitating face-to-face learning events, using engaging facilitation skills to actively involve people in learning, motivate them to adopt desired behaviours and meet agreed session outcomes.
Facilitating interactive virtual-learning events using varied and regular interactive opportunities to encourage participation with the overall aim of meeting the session objectives/outcomes.
