Position Details:
Full-time role, requiring a commitment of 35+ hours per week
Collaborate closely with on-site educational teams and counselors
Caseload primarily consists of elementary school students spanning multiple grade levels
Qualifications:
Possession of a valid North Dakota special education teaching certification
Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field
Preference for a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an elementary school setting
Previous exposure to remote services is advantageous; comfortable with virtual teaching delivery
Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and platforms
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support tailored to students' individualized education plans (IEPs) and special needs requirements
Work collaboratively with educators, counselors, and families to devise and implement personalized interventions
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and comprehensive testing to inform instruction and support planning
Offer timely feedback and recommendations to enhance student progress and development
