Responsibilities
• Supervises daily workflow of legal support staff• Conducts strategic and goal-oriented meetings• Reviews and assesses attorney/LAA assignments and workloads• Collaborates with Staff Talent Acquisition Team• Administers the annual performance evaluation process• Monitors and manages performance• Resolves employee relations issues
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or other relevant degree• Minimum of five (5) years supervisory/management experience• Professional certification preferred• Ability to delegate and identify goals• Ability to adapt to change and implement improvements• Strong decision-making skills
