Legal Assistant

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Legal Assistant to join the LA office of an AM 100 Law Firms.
The ideal candidate would have a background in both corporate law and litigation. The daily responsibilities would include calendaring, making travel arrangements, opening new matters, assisting with conflicts and billing, and e-filing both in State and Federal Courts. This role will require heavy document drafting including opening new matters, creating shells, drafting engagement letters and documents, transcribing handwritten notes, etc. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of legal support experience and experience calendaring, making travel arrangements, opening new matters, assisting with conflicts and billing, and e-filing both in state and federal courts.
The role sits hybrids 3 days in the office, 2 days remote and offers great benefits and solid compensation.
***** $75,000 - $85,000 (depending on years of experience)
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
