Legal Assistant

Extension is seeking a Trust & Estates Legal Assistant for a Direct-Hire opportunity for one of our clients in Madison, WI . Duties Assist attorney with case preparation by conducting legal research within the Corporate, Real Estate, and Collections department. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible. Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents including wills, will signatures, and witness confirmation. Maintain document management systems to ensure compliance with legal standards. Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Experience 2yrs+ of experience working in Trusts & Estates law Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all legal documents. Excellent communication skills with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
