Location: Various locations across Georgia Job Description: As Legal Counsel/General Counsel, you will provide comprehensive legal advice to a corporation, ensuring all business activities are compliant with legal standards. You will oversee legal operations, manage external counsel, and address a wide range of legal matters, from contracts to regulatory issues.


Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business strategy.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Manage litigation, disputes, and other legal proceedings involving the company.
Oversee the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Work closely with senior management to identify and mitigate legal risks.
Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar.
5+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in an in-house counsel role.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and business law.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
