We are looking for an outstanding full-time Legal Support Officer to join our fantastic team on a fixed-term basis, experience in a legal environment is required.
About the role | Ko te mahi nei Undertake secretarial work at a senior level to support our lawyersProactively support lawyers and other authorsUndertake some team-focused administrative tasksBe confident at building good relationships, both internally and externallyProvide proactive and professional support, including calendar, email, and meeting managementWork collaboratively within the legal teams and across Christchurch City CouncilFacilitate Christchurch City Council's client relationships and business development through the use of LEX software systemMaintain matter management and client reporting processes for your teamProduce documents to a high standard within specified timeframesPeriodically assist with other tasks and projects for the Business Support team that are not legal-relatedThis challenging and varied role provides the opportunity to work with some of the sharpest legal minds in the market, as well as work in a busy, social, and supportive team.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week
Salary: $71,529 to $79,477 per annum
Location: Primarily based at Te Hononga Civic Offices, 53 Hereford St
