Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments.Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided.Interacts with the resident's physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.Following the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan; assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.Assists with in-service and on the job training and mentoring of Team Members.Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled.Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standingCertification in CPR, AED, and First AidFour-year college or university degree desired, not required1-2 years' experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required
