Responsibilities:
- Coordinate real estate deals and assist in preparing homes for sale, collaborating with agents, clients, photographers, cooperating agents, lenders, and closing companies to ensure a seamless process from listing to closing.
- Manage a high volume of listings while maintaining quick response times and proactive follow-up.
- Provide proactive support to multiple agents, building strong relationships and ensuring clients are taken care of throughout the home-buying and selling experience.
- Guide clients through the listing and closing process, minimizing stress by promptly addressing their questions and concerns.
- Utilize market knowledge and cutting-edge tools to inform clients about listing and closing activities related to their home sale or purchase.
- Input property details into the local MLS, coordinate appointments for sellers, create marketing materials, and manage all paperwork related to transactions.
- Ensure all contractual deadlines are met and proactively address any risks to facilitate timely launches and closings.
- Drive agent and client satisfaction by delivering support that meets our gold standard of service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license required.
- One year of real estate contract experience preferred, with strong disclosure knowledge.
- One year of customer service experience required.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in basic technologies and willingness to learn new tools.
- Experience using email and phone for client communication required.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong sense of accountability and dedication to client and agent success.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Fully remote position with occasional in-office visits for team events.
