Life Sciences Transactions Attorney Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience for its growing Life Sciences Technology Transactions practice, to work on cutting edge technologies in negotiating commercial transactions. The salary for this position is between $260k to $390k.
Qualifications 3-6 years of licensing / collaboration and commercial partnering transactions experience.Experience representing biotech and large pharma companies in licensing patents and in collaborating to advance novel therapeutics, vaccines, diagnostic and digital health technologies through clinical trials and toward regulatory (FDA) approval.Law firm experience is strongly preferred.Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills required.The position also suits those desiring both life sciences and broader tech exposure.State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or eligibility to become admitted.
