Litigation Associate

LITIGATION ASSOCIATE Location: Washington, DC
Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience to join their team in Washington, DC. The successful candidate must be admitted to practice in both Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier, accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
Active bar licenses in Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
3 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience, with federal court litigation experience being a plus.
Strong writing skills are required; Law Review or Clerkship experience is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to high standards of client service and professional drive.
Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial litigation cases, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, and preparing for trial.
Provide strategic legal counsel and representation in complex litigation matters.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective case strategies and ensure excellent client service.
