An AmLaw 50 international law firm is seeking an Antitrust Associate with 4 years of experience to join its growing antitrust team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on government enforcement, mergers, and counseling matters within the antitrust domain.
Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Must be bar certified in Washington, DC.4 years of experience in antitrust law, including counseling, investigations, and litigation.Previous work on Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired.Prior government agency experience is a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills, with regular client interaction and project management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities: Engage in a broad range of antitrust matters, including government enforcement, mergers, and counseling.Manage projects and maintain regular exposure to clients across various industries.Work collaboratively with a dynamic team on complex legal issues.Why Join?
