### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly to user inquiries via live chat to provide accurate and helpful information about Nextdoor's services, features, and community guidelines.
- **Issue Resolution:** Analyze customer issues and provide clear, concise, and effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- **User Support:** Assist users in navigating the platform, troubleshooting problems, and effectively using all features available on Nextdoor.
- **Documentation:** Maintain a detailed log of user interactions, feedback, and recurring issues to inform process improvements and contribute to team knowledge.
- **Quality Assurance:** Prioritize quality in all interactions, ensuring that communication is professional, courteous, and aligns with Nextdoor's brand voice.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to share insights and improve service delivery.
- **Community Engagement:** Participate in training sessions and be proactive in learning about the latest updates, features, and community initiatives to effectively assist users and promote engagement.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed KPIs related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution efficiency, continuously striving for operational excellence.
### **Requirements**
- **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support environment.
- **Education:** High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with live chat software, CRM systems, and general computer proficiency; ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about community engagement and building meaningful connections.
- Driven to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed user expectations.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong analytical skills to assess user inquiries and provide effective solutions.
