Live Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Kraft Heinz. This is a remote part-time position based in Chicago, Illinois, US. As an Entry Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information through live chat in a timely manner- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills- Adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly- High school diploma or equivalent- No previous experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
