Job Description:

CHS is seeking a motivated and confident Live Chat Manager to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing the live chat operations of our company, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficiency in resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the live chat experience for customers, including improving response times and quality of interactions.3. Monitor and analyze chat metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with company goals.5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service to continuously improve processes.6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.2. 7 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.3. Strong people management and strategic planning skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.6. Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems.7. Experience in analyzing data and implementing process improvements.
