Job description:
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Live Chat Officer to join our team at Bank of America Corp. in Houston, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with banking products and services- Demonstrate adaptability in handling various customer situations and providing tailored solutions- Manage customer relationships effectively and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery and uphold the bank's reputation- Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely to customers- Take ownership of customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction- Stay informed about banking industry trends, updates, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with a diverse customer base- Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in typing- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
