Job Description:

Paccar is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Specialist in Denver, Colorado. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is driven, resourceful, and looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Utilize strategic planning to improve customer experience- Maintain a high level of cooperation with team members and management- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills- Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools- Willingness to learn and grow in the role- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required- Previous customer service experience is a plus- Must be able to work full-time in Denver, Colorado.
