What does it mean to be a Loan Administration Coordinator II at GLS? As a Loan Administration Coordinator II, you will be responsible for carrying out assigned administrative processes within the Servicing Operations Department to assist in servicing active accounts and managing a variety of tasks daily to improve overall customer experience.
\n How will you drive value within the organization as a Loan Administration Coordinator II?Manage and resolve customer disputes, assist customers with total loss claims, and support customers going through bankruptcy Make outbound phone calls to consumers, dealers, insurance companies, or other 3rd party contacts in support of the assigned processProvide feedback and potential solutions to management about process efficiency, ways to improve the customer experience, and quality assurance processesAssist managers in training and supporting new associatesCross-train and collaborate on departmental activities and responsibilities, which may include but are not limited to indexing documents and customer correspondence What should you already know to be successful as a Loan Administration Coordinator II?High School diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of one (1) year experience in a relevant customer service role required, automotive industry preferred Exceptional interpersonal skillsDetail oriented and the ability to multitaskMust be extremely organized and be able to stay on track for upcoming time-sensitive deadlinesAbility to work with a diverse customer and workforce populationExceptional oral and written communication skillsProficient computer skills with working knowledge of the internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required Employment Requirements:Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment Talk and hear to exchange accurate informationHave close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive readingThe position does not require travel Must be flexible to work within departmental operating days and times which include Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-6:00 pm
