Loan Coordinator

What your day will look like: Work with a strong team of residential construction professionals who take pride in helping homeowners plan, design, and build customer homes. Coordinate with lenders to ensure all necessary documents are submitted and verified for CLC. Send and verify lender has all required documents and ensure customer has all required documents to the lender Maintain the sales spreadsheet and process chart, updating data daily. Answer phones and assist customers with basic inquiries about the building process. Review and respond to emails from lenders, customers, and team members. Process permit applications and follow up on outstanding permits Schedule final bank inspection Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Type: Temp to Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation & timely follow up.
