Fulltime with Cognizant Role: LoanIQ Product Consultant - Technical Location: Cleveland, OH / Kansas City, KS / Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite) Roles & Responsibilities: · Interacting with commercial banking operate team and subject matter experts for writing technical requirements document. · Analysis of production defects and preparing analysis/resolution documentation. · Providing data model level details to the team as part of the requirement design or issue fix for ease of technical team understanding. · Reviewing the test cases entry, assisting in SQL queries, test case execution, daily status call and creating/updating JIRA story/Eppic. · Acting as a liaison between offshore team and LOB from analysis phase till sign-off.
