Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Clinic Family Practice - $105 Per Hour

TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Clinic Family Practice for a locum tenens job in Lancaster, California.

• Pay: $105 Hr.
• Coverage dates: ASAP – Ongoing (Prefer 6 month + commitment but will review 3 months with option to extend)
• Setting: Clinic
• Schedule: 10:30a-7:00p - 40 Hours weekly - Rotating coverage every other weekend with days off during week
• No Call
• Daily Responsibilities: Family Practice/Medicine - Colds/Flu/Diabetes/Hypertension/B&B Primary Care setting
• Patients per shift: Estimated 3-4 patients per hour – 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift
• EMR: Epic
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 5 Providers that work 9a-9p and 4 providers that work 10a-10p
• Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 60-90 Days

Requirements:
• Active unrestricted CA License & Furnishing License
• Active BLS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Vaccination Requirement: Required with Booster
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
