12-15 patientsper day
$140.00 – $150.00per hour + expenses
Allied andbehavioral health support on site
Responsibilities:
Provideexceptional patient care
Perform healthassessments and screen for preventative health measures
Order,interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients'clinical problems and health care needs
Formulate anddocument care plans
Prescribemedication or other forms of treatment.
Education:
Board eligibleor board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
Current NVlicense (or eligibility to apply)
DEA license (oreligibility for registration)
Demonstratedinterest/passion for value-based care delivery models
Strong oral andwritten communication skills
