We are neighbors helping neighbors.What will you be doing:We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate LPN to work 32 or 40 hours located in the Norwell / Hanover area.The LPN will work collaboratively with the RN case manager to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes. You are responsible for the direct patient care and to provide any changes in status directly to the physician and case manager.
